Washington Business Journal Award – 10/30/2015

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announced today that it has been recognized for the second time by the Washington Business Journal for being one of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in the Washington metropolitan area. The Washington Business Journal evaluated more than 1500 area companies with revenue of at least $2 million in 2012 and at least $10 million in 2014 to determine their average percent revenue growth for three consecutive years. Zantech was ranked # 42 with a 42.54% growth rate.

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announced today that it has been recognized by Washington Technology magazine for being one of the Top 25 successful 8(a) small businesses in the government market. The rankings were developed from the Federal Procurement Data System using a set of codes that represent IT, consulting, professional services, telecommunications and other high-tech products and services. Washington Technology ranked the largest 8(a) companies in the government market according to their prime contracting dollars for fiscal 2014. Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it has achieved a Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI®) Development (DEV) Maturity Level 3, Version 1.3, rating from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Melon University. ISO 27001:2013 Certification – 10/14/2014

Zantech IT Services announces that it has received an ISO 27001:2013 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS), which was granted by International Standards Certifications (ISC), an external auditing body. The ISO 27001:2013 Standard defines a set of requirements that Zantech uses for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an ISMS to meet our customer’s needs. Zantech’s ISO 27001:2013 certified ISMS ensures that the security arrangements can be continually fine-tuned to keep pace with changes to the security threats, vulnerabilities, and business impacts to the customer’s organization.

FEMA TADS Support Contract Award – 9/29/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Training Aids for Dam Safety (TADS) support services to the National Dam Safety Program (NDSP). Under this contract, Zantech will provide engineering subject matter experts, technical publication writers, graphic development professionals, and teaching aid developers to update and expand existing TADS modules, develop new guidance for dam safety personnel and emergency management officials, and provide recommendations for more effective TADS usage. When notified of this award, Zantech CEO Zia Islam said, “We are very pleased to have been selected by FEMA for this task order award, and we look forward to providing our new customer with outstanding engineering support services.”

Zantech Company Picnic – 8/3/14

Zantech IT Services, Inc. hosted it fourth annual company picnic at the National’s Baseball Park in Washington, D.C. The afternoon affair began with a family picnic, followed by the baseball game between the Nationals and the Philadelphia Phillies. With picture perfect weather, the picnic was a great opportunity for the staff and their families to get together, meet each other, and socialize. Festivities also included a raffle with numerous prizes for the attendees. The event was attended by nearly one hundred staff and family members, which reflects the tremendous growth that has occurred in the company during the past year.

Zia Islam, Zantech’s CEO said, “Our annual picnic is a great opportunity to recognize our outstanding, hardworking employees. It gives us all a chance to relax, reconnect with each other, meet new employees, and enjoy the day. It’s something I look forward to each year.”

FEMA PMO Support Contract Award – 5/21/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Program Management Office (PMO) support services for the Storage Tank Management Program (STMP). Under this contract, Zantech will provide engineering and environmentally focused project management, strategic planning, procurement oversight, business process improvement, and information technology expertise in support of FEMA’s petroleum products emergency disaster preparedness activities.

FPS Physical Security Contract Award – 5/6/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Federal Protective Service (FPS), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide physical security support services. Under this four year contract, Zantech will provide personnel with expertise in physical security systems planning, design, implementations, management, and specifications compliance; conducting facility security assessment to identify threats and vulnerabilities; and assist with identifying, evaluating, and recommending security countermeasures.

USCG SENTINEL Support Contract Award – 4/3/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order, for up to three years of performance, under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide SENTINEL Class cutter acquisition support to the USCG Resident Project Office (RPO) in Lockport, LA. Zantech’s staff will provide program analysis and review, correspondence review and tracking, test inspection and quality assurance, CDRL review and workflow management, records management, Primary Crew Assembly Facility (PCAF) coordination and training, meeting coordination, and network administration. USCG IT Data Support Contract Award – 3/25/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Information Technology (IT) Data Floor and Facilities Support to the USCG Operations Systems Center (OSC) in Kearneysville, WV. Under this four and one-half year contract, Zantech’s staff will provide facilities project, asset, and property management; hardware and software installations; testing and quality assurance; telecommunications, audio visual, and security systems installation and maintenance; and classified facility support. Army PMSS-3 Contract Award – 3/21/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it was notified by the U.S. Army Contracting Command at Rock Island Arsenal IL that Zantech is one of six companies out of 24 bidders that has been awarded a Program Management Support Services-3 (PMSS-3) prime contract vehicle. Under this Multiple Award (MA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, Zantech will have the opportunity to provide program management support services to the Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS) headquarters, directorates, project/product offices and related organizations. The contract will provide for the full range of program management support in the functional areas of project/product management, business process reengineering, information systems security, contingency planning, and physical security. USCG Technical Support Contract Award – 2/21/2014

Under this four and one-half year contract, Zantech’s staff will provide technical publications development, sustainment and distribution; configuration management, document control, and quality assurance; engineering drawings and graphics development; and project scheduling. USCG Analytical support Contract Award – 2/10/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Analytical Support Services to the Director of Acquisition Support Services (CG-92) and to the Assistant Commandant for Capability, Office of Requirements and Analysis (CG-771). Under this four and one-half year contract, Zantech’s staff will provide project acquisition assistance, which includes planning, research, analysis, writing, documentation, integration and coordination between offices and organizations, and support to the requirements management process. GSA IT Schedule 70 Award – 1/31/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc., a leading Federal Information Technology (IT) solutions provider, announces that it was notified by the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service, that it has been awarded a new GSA IT Schedule 70 contract. Under this Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), Zantech will have the opportunity to provide a broad range of information technology (IT) services and solutions to agencies across the Federal Government. USCG Logistics Services Contract Award – 1/21/2014

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) services to the Command, Control, and Communications Engineering Center (C3CEN) in Portsmouth, VA. Under this four year contract, Zantech’s staff will research and develop logistics documents in support of C3CEN’s hardware and software systems and equipment suites. USCG RBM Support Services Contract Award – 11/22/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide project management support services to the Acquisition Directorate’s Response Boat Medium (RBM) Acquisition Project. Under this two year contract, Zantech’s staff will provide project management, financial management, information technology, Earned Value Management System (EVMS), familiarization/orientation/training, logistics, and transition team support services. USCG Programmatic Support Contract Award – 11/18/2013

ISO 20000-1:2011 Certification – 10/14/2013

Zantech IT Services announces that it has received an ISO 20000-1:2011 certification for IT Services Management, which was granted by International Standards Certifications (ISC), an external auditing body. The ISO 20000-1:2011 Standard defines a set of requirements that Zantech uses to ensure that an effective Service Management System (SMS) is in place to meet our customer’s needs. Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the United States Coast Guard (USCG), a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component, has awarded it a task order under its Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services (TABSS) contract to provide structural engineering support services to the Office of Acquisition’s National Security Cutter (NSC) program management office (PMO). Under this two year contract, Zantech’s skilled professional staff will provide structural engineering, cost analysis, scheduling development, critical path management, project management, and acquisition support services. DOS CAPPS Contract Award – 9/23/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Department of State (DOS) has awarded it a contract to provide Consolidated American Payroll Processing System (CAPPS) services in support of the Bureau of Information Resource Management, Systems and Integration Office (IRM/SIO). Under this two year contract, Zantech’s skilled professional personnel will provide full software engineering life cycle support for IRM/SIO’s large-scale enterprise computer systems, to include operations and maintenance (O&M), applications development, database control, strategic planning, and documentation services. EAGLE II Contract Award – 8/26/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has awarded an Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) Functional Category 1 contract, in the small business track, to Pyramid Systems, Inc. Zantech is a Core Team Member with Pyramid on this contract, and serves as a recognized resource for program performance. As an EAGLE II Core Team Member in Functional Category 1, Zantech will participate in providing DHS with Information Technology (IT) services, which includes integration, software design and development, and operations and maintenance support. DOS ITSS Contract Award – 8/22/2013

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Department of State (DOS) Foreign Service Institute (FSI) has awarded the Alliant Enterprise Joint Venture (AEJV) a task to provide Information Technology Support Services to the National Foreign Affairs Training Center in Arlington, VA. AEJV is an alliance of multiple small businesses that is eligible to receive task awards under its GSA Alliant Small Business contract vehicle. As an AEJV partner, Zantech will provide operational training systems support to include: collaboration software development, training applications and database design, website design and maintenance, multimedia learning implementations, and helpdesk support. Zantech Employee receives NASA/GSFC Award – 2/22/2013

Zantech IT Services is very pleased to announce that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration/ Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA/GSFC) presented a Group Achievement Award to Ms. Janeiro Hagans for her participation in the Earth Sciences Mission Operations (ESMO) modernization effort. Over a period of two years, the ESMO Modernization Team, which included Ms. Hagans, successfully modernized the Ground Support Systems for several Earth Observing Satellite missions. The team successfully implemented the systems technology upgrades within the approved schedule and budget, without impacting on-going mission operations or compromising security.

The initial value of this contract is $14.8 million, with options for additional support services.

FAA eFAST Contract Award – 09/21/2009

Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it was notified by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) that Zantech has received an award under the Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) Master Ordering Agreement. This MOA functions as a Blanket Purchase Agreement that permits the FAA, and possibly other Federal Government agencies, to efficiently obtain professional and support services from small and socially and economically disadvantaged businesses. Under eFAST, Zantech provides services in three functional areas: Business Administration and Management, Computer/Information Systems Development, and Computer Systems Support. The contract has a five-year base period that extends through September 30, 2014, and two one-year option periods through September 30, 2016.

The certification was granted by Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc., an external auditing body, on May 27, 2009. The audit uncovered no nonconformities with Zantech’s QMS.
