Zantech Wins OASIS+ Small Business Contract – 7/31/2024

The OASIS+ contract program, an exciting extension of the highly successful OASIS program, features multiple-award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (MA-IDIQ) contracts. It includes five socioeconomic set-aside contracts and one unrestricted contract. The first award in this groundbreaking program is OASIS+ Small Business. “We’re focused on increasing small business participation in government contracting and OASIS+ is helping to make this goal a reality,” said Federal Acquisition Service Acting Commissioner Tom Howder. In FY23, over $26 billion was awarded to small businesses through GSA’s contracts. The OASIS+ program, designated a best-in-class (BIC) contract by the Office of Management and Budget, will provide federal agencies with access to highly qualified contractors for complex non-IT service requirements over the next ten years.

About Enterprise Small Business BPA Award:
The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Information and Technology (OIT) intends to use this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for IT support services to meet the mission and business needs of CBP. The Enterprise Small Business (ESB) Blanket Purchase Agreement would provide CBP-wide support in a wide range of enterprise business management support services and business disciplines; and is designed to manage government requirements for support services in several key mission-critical areas under Information Technology Professional Services.
SME level areas of Key Mission-Critical areas support to be provided are:
- Strategic Planning
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Cost Analysis
- Data Management and Analysis Strategies
- Senior program management
This support is required to enhance CBP’s program and current project management and tracking initiatives in order to meet emerging reporting and metrics requirements. CBP’s procedures and processes have evolved significantly over the last several years and maintaining CBP program process documentation and training is a continuing requirement. It will also continue support services upon the expiration of the Enterprise Program Management Office (e-PMO) task order and some of the task services offered by the Enterprise Business Management Support Services (EBMSS) BPA that have been directed to small business.
