Zantech Increases Ownership Stake in EZteq, LLC to 100%

05/18/2022 - Zantech IT Services, Inc., a woman-owned small business, is pleased to announce that we have increased our ownership stake in our Joint Venture, EZteq, LLC, an Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) IDIQ contract holder to 100%. Effective immediately, EZteq will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zantech and we have initiated the novation process for this IDIQ contract to Zantech.

Zia Islam, founder and COO of Zantech, said, “This acquisition will allow Zantech to consolidate all our Army business, including four current ITES-3S task orders, under a single brand. This is consistent with our strategy to continue to invest in growing our Army business.”
