2020 Highlight: PEO EIS DIBS PMO Accomplishments

06/08/2021 - One example of this success has been the accomplishments of our General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) Team in support of the Defense Integrated Business Systems (DIBS) Project Management Office (PMO) Technical and Management Support Services (TMSS) contract. Because of the critical work performed by our team, GFEBS became the Army’s first Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to be fully migrated to the cloud in July of 2020. This involved transferring massive amounts of data from the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Services (PEO EIS) storage centers to a modern cloud environment, and this was accomplished 7 months ahead of schedule!!! Zantech supported the migration by working outside of normal business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to work with the System Integrators to migrate and test the data prior to the GFEBS ERP financial system being turned on live in the cloud environment. Once live, Zantech began verifying and validating the cybersecurity compliance of the cloud environment and updating all processes and procedures accordingly.

This is just one example out of the dozens of success stories that have occurred during our support of the DIBS PMO. We look forward to continuing this support in 2021 and helping  DIBS achieve its vision of building a trusted world class team while executing its mission to modernize the Army’s business and financial systems to achieve unparalleled readiness.

03/26/2021 - Zantech, a leading provider of technology solutions to the Federal Government, has been appraised for the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for Development (DEV) V2.0 Maturity Level 3. The appraisal examined our program, personnel management, software development and enhancements, and process improvements in support of the US Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Service (PEO EIS) Defense Integrated Business Systems (DIBS) Project Management Office (PMO). Through an integrated product suite, CMMI V2.0 aligns business goals directly with operations and capabilities to drive measurable improved performance in terms of time, quality, budget, customer satisfaction and other key drivers.

Zantech’s JV, EZteq, LLC Wins ITES-3S FEMA O365 Task Order

09/28/2020 - Zantech announces that the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) has awarded the Office 365 (O365) and Azure Government Service Enablement task order under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) IDIQ to its joint venture, EZteq, LLC. Under this order, we will provide identify management Software as a Service (SaaS) integration, SaaS enablement, O365 adoption and enablement training, and data migration to the FEMA’s cloud environment.

When notified of this award, Zantech CEO, Zia Islam, said “Expanding our IT and cloud based services to support FEMA OCIO with O365, SaaS integration, and Azure enablement is an honor and a privilege.”
