Zantech Employee receives NASA/GSFC Award

02/22/2013 - Zantech is very pleased to announce that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration/ Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA/GSFC) presented a Group Achievement Award to Ms. Janeiro Hagans for her participation in the Earth Sciences Mission Operations (ESMO) modernization effort. Over a period of two years, the ESMO Modernization Team, which included Ms. Hagans, successfully modernized the Ground Support Systems for several Earth Observing Satellite missions. The team successfully implemented the systems technology upgrades within the approved schedule and budget, without impacting on-going mission operations or compromising security.

“We are very pleased and proud that Ms. Hagans was recognized by Goddard for her contribution to the ESMO modernization effort,” said Zantech’s CEO Zia Islam, “and it represents the spirit and character of the type of support that we encourage our employees to provide our customers.”

SEI CMMI® DEV Level 2

01/8/2013 - Zantech announces that it has re-certified its Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI®) Development (DEV) Maturity Level 2 rating from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Melon University, reconfirming that all of its processes adhere to the highest standards available. By continuing standardization of its processes, Zantech guarantees that its customers consistently receive the highest levels of quality. In addition, these standard processes allow Zantech to collect the best lessons learned and use this knowledge on future projects.

Army Training Contract Award

09/28/2012 - Zantech announces that its ZCSolutions joint venture was recently awarded a contract to continue providing Training Information Architecture and Applications Support to the Army Training Support Center (ATSC) at Fort Eustis, VA. ZCSolutions, LLC is a joint venture with Capstone Corporation, Zantech’s mentor under a Small Business Administration (SBA) approved mentor protégé relationship. As the managing partner under this contract, Zantech will provide the ATSC with applications analysis, design, and development; database analysis and management; emerging technology assessments; and information assurance support.

When notified of this award, Zantech CEO Zia Islam said, “We are very pleased to learn that the ATSC values our previous work and has chosen to award this new contract to ZCSolutions. We look forward to continue providing outstanding information architecture and software applications support to the Army.”
