Zantech Increases Ownership Stake in EZteq, LLC to 100%

05/18/2022 - Zantech IT Services, Inc., a woman-owned small business, is pleased to announce that we have increased our ownership stake in our Joint Venture, EZteq, LLC, an Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) IDIQ contract holder to 100%. Effective immediately, EZteq will now operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zantech and we have initiated the novation process for this IDIQ contract to Zantech.

Zia Islam, founder and COO of Zantech, said, “This acquisition will allow Zantech to consolidate all our Army business, including four current ITES-3S task orders, under a single brand. This is consistent with our strategy to continue to invest in growing our Army business.”

Richard Zelkowitz, Zantech Chief Growth Officer, said “The ITES-3S IDIQ is a key component of our Army growth strategy. Since ITES-3S has been designated as the Army’s mandatory source for commercially available IT services and solutions, as well as the recent technology refresh of the contract to include emerging technologies, we anticipate our future new Army targets will all be competed under this vehicle. Zantech’s JV, Zantech-Ark JV, LLC Wins GSA 8(a) STARS III

02/09/2022 - Zantech is excited to announce that our Joint Venture with Ark Infotech, Zantech-Ark JV, LLC, has been awarded one of the prime contracts under the GSA 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resource for Services (STARS) III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). STARS III GWAC is a best-in-class (BIC) vehicle with a $50 billion ceiling and provides flexible access to customized IT solutions and emerging technologies from a diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners.

Upon learning of this award, Zia Islam, CEO of Zantech and Zantech-Ark JV Board Member, said “I am proud of the Zantech-Ark for securing an award on this important contract vehicle. With this award, we are able to offer our Government customers yet another avenue to gain access to our services and solutions, and one that provides the opportunity to contract directly within the 8(a) limitations for sole source awards.”

Scope of work to be performed under STARS III includes data management, information and communications technology, IT operations and maintenance, IT security, IT workforce augmentation, software development, and systems design. Additionally, Zantech-Ark received an award on STARS III Sub-Area 1: Emerging Technology which provides customers emerging, innovative solutions to accelerate transformation and advance mission outcomes. Solutions and capabilities available under this Sub-Area include but not limited to: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; Robotic Process Automation; Blockchain; Quantum Computing; Virtual Reality, and Technological Convergence.

Zantech’s JV, EZteq, LLC Wins ITES-3S ANG Task Order

01/21/2022 - Zantech announces that the U.S. Air National Guard (ANG) has awarded the Web-Tools and Cloud Support Services (AWTCSS) task order under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S) IDIQ to its joint-venture, EZteq, LLC.  Under this task order we will support, enhance, and transition to an approved cloud environment, ANG’s Decision Support System (DSS)  and its 42 subordinate discrete web tools, used by all major programs under the ANG Readiness Center. We will also support ANG’s web-based Reserve Orders Writing System (AROWS) which is used to create personnel orders for guardsmen throughout ANG.
