She possesses extensive expertise supporting government contractors, having worked with distinguished organizations including Blackstone Technology Group, Maximus Federal/Acentia, and CSC. Her recruiting savvy and networking expertise enable her to find top-notch technical talent, support project teams, and implement innovative recruiting process improvements that directly contribute to Zantech's operational success and exceptional workforce quality.
Since joining Zantech, Ling has been instrumental in building and maintaining the company's high-retention workforce, demonstrating strong human resources capabilities skilled in management, business development, recruiting, and temporary placement. Her career progression showcases deep expertise in federal contracting recruitment through roles as Recruiting Manager at Blackstone Technology Group, Technical Recruiter at Acentia, and progressive positions at CSC including Recruiting Operations Lead and Recruiting Coordinator. She is known for her exceptional ability to build rapport and excels at cultivating lasting relationships with both clients and candidates to improve overall business performance across organizations.
Ling attended George Washington University where she studied Genetics and Physical Anthropology, bringing a unique analytical perspective to talent acquisition. She has been a Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) since 2013, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and staying current with evolving recruiting technologies and methodologies. What's one thing you do to stay grounded and remember what really matters, especially during busy or stressful times?
“I like to remind myself that I have much more power over situations than I might initially think. I cannot control circumstances, but I can control my reactions, my actions, and thoughts. Things affect me only as much as I let them. I cannot stop the rain, but being wet doesn’t have to ruin my day.”
