Chan Park serves as Zantech's Executive Vice President of Business Development, bringing over 25 years of combined operational support, programming, systems analysis, program management, and cybersecurity experience across diverse industries including Telecom, Financial, Healthcare, State and Federal Government as well as foreign government. As a highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, he excels at setting clear goals while empowering others to maximize performance. Currently, supporting capture management, proposal management, business development and program management efforts focused on DOD, DHS, DOT and IC Community opportunities. Since joining Zantech, he leverages extensive experience in performance-based project management, data center management, and 7x24 operations support.

Chan's impressive corporate experience includes 13+ years at Fannie Mae, where he served as Senior Manager overseeing over 125 contractors while implementing IT controls, and as Chairman of the Asian Pacific Network Group promoting diversity awareness and leadership development. His technical and management foundation was built during nine years at MCI, progressing from Computer Operator to Senior Manager and supporting IT systems to increase revenues from $400 million to $1.2 billion in three years. Prior to Zantech, he held senior business development roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, ICS Nett, Inc., HP Inc., Lunarline, DirectViz Solutions, Summit Technologies, with military service as Aircraft Armament Specialist with the Texas and DC Air National Guard.

Chan holds an MBA in Information Systems and BS in Computer Science and leadership training from Leadership Education for Asian Pacific (LEAP) and from University of Maryland University College. He maintains multiple professional certifications including PMP (Project Management Professional), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), ITIL v3 Foundation, and CompTIA Security+ and A+, demonstrating his commitment to professional excellence. Chan brings comprehensive expertise in business development, technical operations, and cross-cultural communication to drive Zantech's continued growth in the federal contracting marketplace. In his spare time, you can find him on the green with his amazing spouse, enjoying a shared passion for golf with other couples on weekends.
