DOS IV&V Contract Award – 5/14/2013
Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that the Department of State (DOS) has awarded it a contract to provide Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) Services in support of the U.S. Embassy Iraq in Baghdad, Iraq. Under this three year contract, Zantech will assist the DOS in oversight monitoring of the multiple infrastructure contracts implemented in support of Mission Iraq. Zantech will provide program management office support, contract management administration, and process development to track contract performance metrics.
When notified of this award, Zantech CEO Zia Islam said, "We are very pleased and excited that we have been selected by the DOS for this contract award, and we look forward to providing our new customer with outstanding program management support services.”
Zantech Employee receives NASA/GSFC Award – 2/22/2013
Zantech IT Services is very pleased to announce that the National Aeronautics and Space Administration/ Goddard Space Flight Center (NASA/GSFC) presented a Group Achievement Award to Ms. Janeiro Hagans for her participation in the Earth Sciences Mission Operations (ESMO) modernization effort. Over a period of two years, the ESMO Modernization Team, which included Ms. Hagans, successfully modernized the Ground Support Systems for several Earth Observing Satellite missions. The team successfully implemented the systems technology upgrades within the approved schedule and budget, without impacting on-going mission operations or compromising security.
“We are very pleased and proud that Ms. Hagans was recognized by Goddard for her contribution to the ESMO modernization effort,” said Zantech’s CEO Zia Islam, “and it represents the spirit and character of the type of support that we encourage our employees to provide our customers.”
SEI CMMI® DEV Level 2 – 1/8/2013
Zantech IT Services, Inc. announces that it has re-certified its Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI®) Development (DEV) Maturity Level 2 rating from the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) at Carnegie Melon University, reconfirming that all of its processes adhere to the highest standards available. In addition, these standard processes allow Zantech to collect the best lessons learned and use this knowledge on future projects.
