SBA 8(a) and SDB

Zantech is a certified participant in the Small Business Administration's 8(a) business development program and has also been certified as a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB).

ISO 9001:2008

The ISO 9001:2008 Standard defines a set of requirements that Zantech uses to ensure that an effective quality management system (QMS) is in place to meet our customers' needs. Zantech's ISO 9001:2008-certified QMS serves as an organizational standard that guides our total quality policy for all business activities. Our QMS incorporates periodic internal audits, document control, and internal communications to ensure continuous improvement is achieved.

CMMI Dev v1.2 Level2

The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI^®) for development is a process improvement approach that provides Zantech with the essential elements of effective processes for systems engineering and software engineering. Zantech's use of CMMI Level 2 practices ensures that robust quality procedures are in place to verify and validate that all our IT products and services meet our customers' objectives.

ITIL

Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a set of concepts and policies to manage IT infrastructure development and operations. Zantech personnel supporting IT infrastructure contracts are ITIL-certified to ensure compliance with best practices and standard processes.

Section 508 Compliance

Zantech fully complies with Section 508, an amendment to the United States Workforce Rehabilitation Act of 1973. It is a federal law mandating that all electronic and information technology developed, procured, maintained, or used by the Federal Government be accessible to people with disabilities.
